Sweet and Spicy Roasted Pecans
Suitable for Vegans
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place the pecans in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Toss to make sure all of the pecans are coated, using your hands if necessary.
Tip the pecans onto the lined baking tray and arrange into a single layer. Place into the oven for 10 minutes, turning half way through. Keep an eye on them as they can burn very quickly.
Leave to cool slightly before eating.
- 200g pecans
- 2 tbsp Encona Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
